With over 32 years of experience in Central Texas construction, Bruce Raney brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to Cleo Builders. Holding a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M and an MBA from Baylor, he blends technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.
